What we store
We store your @worcester.ac.uk email address. That's it for personal data.
We do not collect your name, year of study, NHS number, GMC number, or any clinical
information you read. Your email is used only to send sign-in links and, if you opt in
separately, society announcements.
What we measure
For the academic study (see Terms), we record anonymised engagement events — which cases were opened, when, on what kind of device, for how long. These events are attached to a study-cohort identifier derived from your account, not to your email or name.
Where the data lives
Everything sits on Cloudflare (UK / EU regions): D1 for the database, R2 for any uploads, KV for sessions. We do not share data with third-party advertisers or analytics vendors.
Your rights
Ask us to delete your account at any time. Ask for an export of what we hold. Withdraw from the study cohort without losing access to the case library. Contact details will go in the published Privacy notice — placeholder for now.
